Characteristic and Usage:   Silane A11542 is a new and reactive type of silane coupling agent containing two functional groups. One of them is an active and reactive ureido- base and the other is a hydrolysable trimethoxy silica- base. Due to this, it can be used as a chemical bond between organic chemicals and inorganic chemicals.
Silane A1102 is 50% methanol solution, which is colourless and transparent, can be soluble in water, alcohol, ketone or aromatic chemicals.
1. It can efficiently improve the moisture-resistant capability and temperature-resistant capability when used in compound resin.
2. It can improve the crack-resistant capability of epoxide resin laminated plastics, and accelerate the speed of rubber sulfuration.
3. It can ameliorate the anticorrosion capability of metal.
4. It can be used as the additives when making sand core, grinding wheel, phenolic resin, furan resin, melamine Formaldehyde resin, etc.
5. It can be used as strengthening agent and crosslinked accelerant which are widely used in compound material, coat, printing ink, gluewater, airproof material, etc.
